We see our employees as the basis of a high-quality childcare and training facility. For this reason, our company promotes continuous training and further education. We regularly offer internal events, courses and workshops on specific and current topics. We also support external training courses such as the professional trainer course and the "Understanding babies - accompanying and supporting babies" course, as well as other courses in the pedagogical field offered by the kibesuisse association, the bke childcare training center and other organizations.

The KiTa Lil' Mouse House centre is a recognized training company. Every year, we offer apprenticeships for prospective childcare specialists. The trainees are accompanied by childcare specialists and instructed by professional trainers. The professional trainers are supported and supervised by a training manager. Educational meetings are held at regular intervals for both trainees and professional trainers.

Childcare Specialist EFZ
For 3 years, we train young, motivated people to become childcare specialists. During the three years, they receive theoretical instruction in all subject areas at vocational school and have the opportunity to practice and consolidate their theoretical knowledge in the company. If required, the young people can decide together with our training manager to start with an introductory year in our company. This gives the young adults a well-supported transition into working life without the pressure of vocational school. In the introductory year, the young people are prepared for their training on the basis of an internal training concept.

Childhood Educator HF
After completing basic training as a childcare specialist or as a career changer, you can study to become a childhood educator. The course is part-time and includes in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of pedagogy and personnel management. You will be supported by a practical trainer who will accompany the student on the basis of the training concept
