For employees of the partner company, parental contributions can be subsidized under certain conditions. The conditions for claiming a reduction in contributions and further information can be found on the partner company's internal website (G-Site). The contribution reduction is calculated individually based on the income of both parents. Parents must submit the necessary documents on request. In the event of late submission, the full amount will be invoiced and owed. A refund or credit note is only possible in justified cases.
An application for childcare vouchers can also be submitted to the municipality of residence if this service is available. You can obtain more information on this from your local authority.
The parental contribution is calculated on the basis of a monthly fee.
Company vacations, vacations of the child, public holidays, illnesses and any absences of the child do not lead to a reduction in the parental contribution; these absences are already taken into account in the monthly flat rate. The contractually agreed care days per month are invoiced in advance and are due by the 10th of the month invoiced.
The monthly fee is calculated as follows:
Number of days per week x daily fee x 4 weeks = monthly fee

Yes, it is possible to have the child looked after until after lunch (pick-up between 12.00-12.30) for a ½ day fee or until after the midday nap/break (pick-up between 14.00-14.30) for a ¾ day fee.
An individual adjustment time is discussed together with the parents and a staff member assigned to the child. As a basis for this adjustment we offer a six-phase programme, which depending on the child concerned may last between one and four weeks. The adjustment time is concluded when the child accepts and opens up to his or her assigned staff member and feels secure and comfortable at the centre.
A brief look at our six phases of settling in:
1st phase: Entrance talk and first getting to know each other
2nd phase: Accompanied play, parents are present
3rd phase: First farewell to the child. The child stays alone
4th phase: Playing and lunch afterwards
5th phase: Play, lunch and nap
6th phase: First full day with Z'vieri
These phases are repeated until the child and the parents feel comfortable and can move on to the next phase.
