The contribution reduction is calculated individually based on the income of both parents. Parents must submit the necessary documents on request. In the event of late submission, the full amount will be invoiced and owed. A refund or credit note is only possible in justified cases.

  • How is the rate calculated?

The parental contribution is calculated on the basis of a monthly flat rate.

Company vacations, vacations of the child, public holidays, illnesses and any absences of the child do not lead to a reduction in the parental contribution; these absences are already taken into account in the monthly flat rate. The contractually agreed care days per month are invoiced in advance and are due by the 10th of the month invoiced.

The monthly flat rate is calculated as follows (as at 01.2023)
Number of days per week x daily fee x 4 weeks = monthly flat rate
The monthly flat rate is charged 12 times per year

  • What payment options are available to me?

You will receive the invoice by e-mail and can pay it using the corresponding payment slip or set up a standing order.
